Designed for clients based in Aspen, who discovered the property while living in Park City and searching for a waterfront setting, the project leans fully into a modern, design-forward sensibility. Expansive glazing, exaggerated rooflines, and continuous material transitions organize the interior around light and long views across the water, creating a composition that feels both bold and highly controlled. The palette remains intentionally minimal, allowing proportion, structure, and detail to carry the expression.

Conceived as a lakefront retreat centered on architecture itself, the home balances openness with moments of ease and recreation, including a gym, sauna, wet bar, and a separate outdoor patio.
