Cabo Home

Cabo Home
Designed as a coastal retreat within a private Cabo development, this home embraces openness, movement, and an effortless connection to the outdoors. Created for a California-based family with grown children, the house is in constant use, an easy escape where people come and go, gathering around ocean views that begin the moment you walk through the front door. Whales pass offshore, reinforcing a sense of place, while indoor and outdoor living blend through open-air circulation, outdoor showers, and materials chosen for both comfort and climate.

Organized for connection and privacy, guest suites function as individual pods, each with its own outdoor sitting area and garden, while still linking back to shared living spaces. Interiors feel light and seamless, with crisp white linens in the bedroom and polished stone surfaces in the kitchen and baths, that elevate the home to a quiet, resort-like experience. Throughout, color is lively, but handled with restraint. Brighter tones, regional patterns, warm wood finishes, and layered green accents bring a relaxed energy, with details like seashell pendant lighting in the kitchen and indoor-outdoor furnishings softening the boundary between spaces.
